14. All guests are required to be 28 years of age or older unless they are the children of the renting party.
15. No subletting, No charcoal grilling, No fire pit.
16. We ask our guests to be respectful of neighborhood with no loud noise or wild partying.
17. Please remove all food brought with the guests and leave property and contents in the same condition as received, the house the way you found it.
18. We expect the house to be used responsibly by all guests.
19. If you are staying on Sunday and Monday nights, then you are responsible on Sunday evening for moving the garbage and recycling carts to the street for Monday morning pickup. On Monday afternoon or evening, please return the empty carts back to the right side of the house.
20. Checkout instructions will be provided / left on the kitchen counter. Checkout procedures include:
– placing all used / dirty towels on shower floor or in bathtub
– stripping the sheets from the beds and placing them in the laundry basket
– moving all garbage and recycling to the bins along the right side of the house
– removing all items from refrigerator

Surveillance or recording devices on property – 3 surveillance cameras monitor 1) pool equipment and pool heater, 2) front door exterior area, 3) and garage door.
