Great house and a great area.
Safety Harbor is indeed the jewel of Clearwater. This house has easy access to trails, biking, downtown, the bay, and beach. The house was very comfortable with a Beautiful pool in the back landscaped with small palm trees and a cabana where you can get away from it all in comfort. Would recommend it to anyone looking to rent a home in Tampa.

The home provided the perfect location for our 20 day stay. Close to shopping, restaurants and beaches with a quiet, neighbourly feel. The owner provided all the amenities one would require for a pleasant stay and responded to inquiries within hours. I would highly recommend staying at this home if you are looking for a location close to downtown Tampa.
Jonathan was attentive during our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. There were some added touches like potted mums and mini roses at the house when we arrived. The beds in the house were very comfortable. Location is secluded and just a short drive to pretty much anything you would need. Overall the accommodation were great and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.
It was very convenient for the airport location, the pool was heated and private and the host was very responsive.
Johathan’s place was exactly as the pictures reflected. The furniture was above average and the heated pool was a delight. The place is close to major roads and Safety Harbor for restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place and expect to go back again.
We were spending altogether almost four weeks in Jonathan’s house and we absolutely loved it! We are having a family of five and the house worked perfectly for us. House is very clean and modern with large selection of TV entertainment with Netflix etc. We liked especially the beautiful pool area which is big enough. House location is very nice, close to a peaceful and beautiful small town of Safety harbor with all services you can think of and a nice pier where you can see manatees every morning. Outdoor facilities are also great especially for jogging. Thanks so much Jonathan, looking forward to the next time!
