I went to high school in Orlando, FL, attended college at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, and have lived in the Tampa, FL area since 2009. The Space
The house offers a split floor plan with 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a 2-car garage and relaxing pool. The kitchen is modern with custom cabinetry, granite, stainless appliances, and eat in area in kitchen. The master bedroom provides access to the pool area via sliding glass doors, and there is also a large remodeled bath with shower stall. Newly renovated pool cabana (which can be set up as a 3rd bedroom if needed) offers guests a Mini Fridge and TV so they can take a break from the pool and / or Florida sun.
